Typically, there up to three parties in of a real estate transaction commission split. They are,
1. The placing agent.
2. The referring agent
3. The real estate company.
How the commission is split is divided can be be the difference from making a living in Real Estate or barely surviving
Renting Arizona's commission splits is what we believe is the most generous in the rental locating business.
If the agent who generated the traffic also places the traffic the split will be as follows
The placing / referring agent receives 75% of the commission.
Renting Arizona receives 25%. of the commission
If an agent places the traffic that is generated by another agent the split will be as follows
The placing agent receives 50% of the commission.
The referring agent receives 25% of the commission
Renting Arizona receives 25% of the commission
Comparison with other companies
We invite you to compare our commission splits with other companies. Here is an example of one of our competitors. We will call them Company X.
If the agent who generated the traffic also places the traffic the split will be as follows,
The placing / referring agent receives just 50% of the commission
Company X receives 50%.
If an agent with Company X places traffic that is generated by another agent the split will be as follows,
The placing agent receives just 37.5% of the commission
The referring agent receives just 12.5% of the commission
Company X receives 50% of the commission

If you are an agent that generates and places his or her own traffic and you generate $4000 in commission in a given month at a company that only pays the agent 50% of the commission you would make just $2,000.. 2 - How about receiving just 12.5% of the entire commission for generating the lead. If there is no traffic, there is no placement! (Renting Arizona doubles the referral commission to 25%)
3 - Renting Arizona's share of the commission is just 25% of the entire commission (1/2 of what most companies keep.)
