Tenants are responsible for all the utilities for the home.
Electric - the electric company will either Arizona Public Service (APS) or Salt River Project (SRP)
Gas - should you have gas the only gas company is Southwest Gas.
Water/Sewer and Trash - as long as you live close to the campus these utilities will be through the city you live in and will normally be just one bill for all three of these services.
Cable and Internet - You will have choices for these services. Some of your options will be Cox, Century Link, DirecTv and Dish. if you choose Directv or Dish always get permission from your landlord to mount the satellite dish to the home or block wall.
