TENANT SELECTION PROCESS

ALL ADULTS OVER 18 MUST complete our application. Applicants must have monthly gross income of at least three (3) times the rental rate.

We WILL run a Credit Check, a Criminal Background, verify rental and job history on each applicant.

One part of the application process is running a credit report. By signing this application, you are giving RENTING ARIZONA RES permission to do so. WE CANNOT GIVE YOU A COPY OF YOUR CREDIT REPORT. If you are not accepted due to your credit we can give you a letter informing you how you may obtain a copy within 60 days of date on the letter.

RENTING ARIZONA IS NOT THE DECISION MAKER OR THE PROPERTY MANAGER, we collect all the information and present it the owner for them to make the FINAL decision. Please be aware that their maybe more than one applicant applying for the property so we cannot guarantee that you will get the property. Our responsibility to the owner is to collect all the information needed so that they can make an informed decision. It may take several days to verify employment and your rental history, but we will do our best to get you a final decision from the owner as quickly as possible.

SUBMITTING YOU APPLICATION

Please make sure that the entire application is filled out completely and signed. We will not process applications that have missing information or are not signed. To expedite the application process, (1) provide two most recent pay stubs and (2) a copy of your Driver’s License or state issued I.D. The application fee is $40 per adult (married or single). This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE AND MUST BE IN CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT CARDS FOR THIS PROCESS. Please put all information and application fees in an envelope. You most drop off your application off at our P.O Box located at UPS Store at the above address. Their hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to

4:00 PM
